Welcome to East Park Practice
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
We are aware that there are some problems for patients trying to get through on our new phone systems. We are working with our provider to find a swift solution and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve these issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
If you want to book a practice appointment in the evening or at weekends, you can do this through Access+. You can get an appointment with a GP, nurse, healthcare assistant or other health professional at one of three hubs in Hull. There's more information on the website www.accessplus.org.uk
To use the online services click the logo below. (You must be registered to use this service).
If you require an interpreter at your appointment please contact the Practice to book one for you. We are sorry we cannot book interpreters via our online appointment booking system.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. If you have any suggestions for improving our website please let us know.
If you would like to talk to someone about the service you have received at our practice, whether it's a compliment, comment, concern or complaint, please contact our Customer Care team on 01482 347627 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you think you may have Coronavirus (check guidance on NHS.UK website here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/) then please DO NOT go to your GP practice. Call NHS111 for advice.
